Green Jobs Roundtable Monday, March 3

What kind of jobs will be created through the Cambridge and Boston Energy Alliances?
What types of skills will be needed to do those jobs?
Who can provide that training?
What support do trainees need to succeed?

Come get answers to these questions and more at the Green Jobs Roundtable Monday March 3, 5:30 pm, Vietnamese American Community Center, 42 Charles St, Dorchester.
A panel of city energy officials, energy service companies, trainers and contractors will describe the jobs, skills, and training that the Cambridge and Boston Energy Alliances will demand.
This is an informal information exchange that will help us get the best results for our communities. Bring your questions about the new sustainable economy and green-collar jobs.

Sponsored by Massachusetts ACORN and Boston Climate Action Network. For more details contact Owen Toney at 617-259-7593 or Chris Leonard at 617-436-7100 (Mass. ACORN).
Directions by MBTA - Take the Ashmont branch of the Red Line south to Fields Corner. Get off, walk downstairs and through the exit gates, turn left and head up to Charles Street and turn left. The Vietnamese Center is a block down the street on your left.
