FREE Countdown to Kindergarten Play to Learn group for children ages 1-3 and their caregivers at the Kenny Elementary School. Come play and learn with us! Any Boston resident with a 1-3 year old child can attend. Registration is required, but is ongoing, and each playgroup is limited to 8-15 families. The playgroup leader speaks English and Spanish. This workshop gives families a comprehensive overview of the statewide standardized test. Participants will engage in activities that will help them understand what is expected on the exam, including techniques to help students do well. Participants will receive suggestions on how they can help their children at home. This workshop will be presented in Spanish and English.
