is to help individuas, families and communities in the sone attain economic self-sufficiency.

Who Qualifies:
Validated proof of residency in District
Be a legal resident of the U.S.
Be 18 years of age or older &
File a nominat for in person at Boston Connects, Inc. by September 25th
