The Family Van offers Free Confidential Care such as blood sugar, glaucoma and cholesterol screenings, blood pressure checks, nutrition counseling, pregnancy tests and family planning, confidential HIV testing and counseling and referrals to other community resources. No appointment, medical insurance or identification is needed. Every week, The Family Van will be at the following locations: Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon in Fields Corner (Shopping plaza at Park St. and Dorchester Ave.), Dorchester, MA and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon in Codman Square at 577 Washington St., Dorchester, MA and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Grove Hall (across from the Mecca Mall) Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon in Upham’s Square, Dorchester, MA and from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m.
