Upcoming Diversion Of Service On The Red Line
Commencing with the start of service Saturday, October 20, 2007 and continuing through the end of service on Sunday, October 21, 2007
Effective with the start of service on Saturday, October 20, 2007 and continuing until the end of service on Sunday, October 21, 2007, bus shuttle service will replace Red Line service between JFK/UMass Station and Ashmont Station.
Ashmont, Shawmut, Fields Corner, and Savin Hill customers can access service along Dorchester Avenue at any designated bus stop. Buses will make all stops along Dorchester Avenue in both directions. This weekend's diversion will enable MBTA contractor, Barbara Heavy Division, to perform necessary work along the Dorchester branch.
