The 44th Crispus Attucks Day

 

Celebration In Boston, MA  Wednesday,

March 5, 2008  -  11:00 a. m. - 12:30 p. m.

Faneuil Hall – Government area of Boston             

 Each year the Boston Equal Rights League – Boston Branch pays tribute and remembrance to      Crispus Attucks an Afro-American Native man, and a revolutionary hero and patriot. He was the first to fall     in the Boston Massacre. This year’s event earmarks the 237th anniversary of the death of Crispus Attucks      and the Boston Massacre in 1770. The National Equal Rights League (NERL) was also founded by     William Monroe Trotter in 1908.  This year the league celebrates its 100th anniversary of NERL organization. We are asking if you would like to purchase a page, a half a page, quarter page, or business card this     year’s program booklet.  Please submit your choice of a business card, flyer, picture or special greetings on      the form provided below no later than Friday, February 22, 2008.  Please send a black and white     photo/picture - camera ready of what you would like to have us put in the program booklet.         

  Please make checks payable to the Boston Equal Rights League.         

   We thank you in advance for your continued support as we help keep the history of Crispus Attucks alive     and this special day memorable for many years to come.
