This initiative will award funds to community-based organizations that will offer youth programming at City of Boston community centers and parks and for programs that can demonstrate the ability to engage underserved youth in structured programs that address one or more of the following four areas of child development: arts, character-building, education, and sports, health, and nutrition (ACES). The goal is to increase the number and variety of programs serving youth and increase the number of youth who have access to positive opportunities and safe environments. www.cityofboston.gov/bcyf/
