I was arranging to meet a friend for lunch before a meeting I have coming up at SCI Dorchester's Fields Corner office. With this bitter cold, the choice was easy--Pho 2000 and its bowls of steaming noodle soup is just the thing in this weather. Of course, I know Dorchester abounds with other places to get great warming treats.
