Seniors in need of furniture

Description:

The Ditson Street Senior Housing is a non-profit organization in Dorchester which provides housing for persons 62 years and older. We are currently in need of furniture for our community room, specifically: sofas, loveseats, wing chairs and end tables. Furniture should be "senior friendly", i.e. seats not too low for painful joints to sit and rise from, and gently used. Blessed Mother Teresa School Home and School Association Needs you!!! We will be hosting our annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday December 2 in the School Hall at 100 Savin Hill Ave. to benefit BMT School. We hope to have all items in by November 22, however we will accept donations up until the day of the event! Items may be dropped off at the church rectory or BMT School.
