THE 2007 $10,000 MINI GRANT !! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The SCI Dorchester Youth Council announces the release of its 2007 Mini-Grant RFP.  THe mini-grant is awarded to youth-led community service learning projects that will take place this spring. The project must have a positive impact on the Dorchester Community.
