Description:

ATLAS has 5 slots available fot the last 2 weeks of the summer program.

3 slots for children ages 6-7
2 slot for children mature 8 - 10

We have 2 weeks left and want to fill the slots as soon as possible. The child must attend for the full 2 weeks. Weeks of 8/5 to 8/17.

Please call me if you have a child, niece, nephew that you want to attend ATLAS for the next 2 weeks. Activities include, art projects, cultural awareness, swimming, fun field trips, math and literacy. The fee is $65.00/child and the child must bring lunch every day. Murphy Community Center will be holding registration for the MCC- Summer Camp and MCC- Teen Enrichment Program on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at 7:00 PM. PS: ALL PROGRAMS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE- YOU MUST HAVE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND TUITIONS (UNLESS NOTED) AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.

MURPHY COMMUNITY CENTER SUMMER DAY CAMP
Session I: July 2- 20
Session II: July 23 - August 10
Ages: 5 yrs - 12 yrs, coed
Cost: $230.00 per session per child
(Families with additional Children : $230.00 for 1st child, $220.00 for 2nd child, $210.00 for each additional child)

Activities: Arts and Crafts, Ceramics, Swimming, Games, Sports, and Field trips.

Required Documents to Register:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Current Murphy Community Center Membership (cost $10.00 - available at time of registration)
- Proof of Boston Residency (Utility Bill or Car Registration)
- Physical and Immunization Record for each camper (signed and dated by physician within 1 year of start of camp)**
- Complete Camp Tuition (parents that are registering for two sessions must have payment for First Session and bring a $25.00 non-refundable deposit for second session)
**Murphy Community Center's Summer Day Camp is a licensed day camp. This camp must comply with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local board of health (105 CMR 430.190 D).
