About Me: BOSTnet's mission is to enhance the quality and increase the capacity of the out-of-school time (OST) field. BOSTnet was founded in 1987, as Parents United for Child Care, to expand access to quality, affordable child-care in Massachusetts. Twenty years later, BOSTnet continues to implement mulitiple strategies to promote OST program quality and accessibility for all families, including families of youth with disabilities.
